Information you provide

BMC only uses customer information to respond to messages, process film orders, manage camera service requests, and communicate about shop activity. Customer information is not sold.

Contact and service forms ask for your name, email, and request details. These forms prepare an email in your email app; BMC receives it only if you send it. The homepage newsletter signup is currently unavailable.

Film orders also involve your contact details, order preferences, and film images so BMC can process your film and deliver scans. Do not include payment card details, passwords, or identification documents in website forms.

Photo booth photos and receipt images are stored in private Vercel Blob storage. Anyone with the unique receipt link can view and download those images. Keep the link private and contact BMC to request deletion. Automatic deletion is not currently scheduled.

Website visits and providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting services may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect the website. BMC has not added advertising pixels. Site fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when you visit.

BMC uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visitors and page views and understand popular pages, referral sources, device types, and approximate locations. These reports are aggregate statistics, not customer records. Analytics does not use cookies, and BMC removes query strings and URL fragments from tracked page URLs. Form entries and private photo booth page visits are not sent to analytics.

Messages sent to BMC are handled through Gmail and your chosen email provider. Digital photos are delivered through a Dropbox download link. Those providers handle the information needed for the relevant service.

The contact page loads Google Maps automatically. Google receives connection information and may use cookies when the map loads. Instagram and directions links open external services with their own privacy practices.

Your choices

Email BMC to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask how long order records and scan files are kept. Some records may need to be retained for orders, accounting, or legal obligations.

Service requests do not subscribe you to marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in a BMC update or email BMC to stop receiving updates.

BMC does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Your browser settings may limit third-party cookies. Service inquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.

Policy updates

Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Contact BMC with questions about a change or about your information.
