Film Lab Policy
Film results can be affected by age, storage, exposure, camera condition, heat, loading, and development variables.
Used Camera Policy
Used cameras and equipment are sold according to their listed condition. Condition notes may include tested status, cosmetic wear, included items, and known issues.
Camera Service Policy
Service depends on the camera model, condition, and issue. Some cameras may need parts or repairs beyond what Bell Mountain Camera can provide in-house.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available during shop hours at Bell Mountain Camera inside Wild Goose Vintage & Thrift in Apple Valley, CA. Pickup hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM.
No Shipping
Shipping is not available right now. Local pickup only during shop hours.
Returns and Refunds
Used cameras and equipment: full refund within 30 days of purchase. Film, opened consumables, and completed lab services are not returnable except where required by law. Contact BMC before returning an item.
Privacy
BMC only uses customer information to respond to messages, process film orders, manage camera service requests, and communicate about shop activity. Customer information is not sold.
Cookies
BMC does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The optional Google Map loads only when you request it and may use Google cookies.

By using BMC services, customers understand that film processing, used camera sales, and camera service involve some risk due to film condition, camera condition, age, storage, and mechanical limitations.
